If Shadow looks as though he is in a fog that’s because he is.  This was taken Saturday morning when everything was foggy.  I feel like I am in a fog this morning.  I did some things yesterday that I probably shouldn’t have done and I am paying for it today.  My Mother used to always tell me to ‘act your age’.  I would tell her that I had not been this age before and I didn’t know how to act.  I should have heeded her words yesterday and not lifted the things I lifted.

It is supposed to be another spectacular day today.  I will be meeting my brother at Captain D’s for lunch (Senior Day) and then working at the Kentucky Artisans at the Saddle Factory.  If you have not been there you should come by.  It is a place where local artisans bring their wares to sale.  Everything is handmade and really high quality.  We have ceramics, jewelry, knitted products, wood products, glass ware, photography, oil and water color paintings, candles and soaps and lots of things.  We have good prices on really good products.

I hope you have a wonderful day.  Do something really special for yourself or someone else.  Just remember:Even a zephyr tugs at the roots of each blade of grass.  Every breath, every word, every movement sets unimaginable sequences in action  The power that each of us wields to change things is beyond comprehension.  Melanie
